I am originally from Indiana but spent my years as a young adult living in various places on the West Coast. I now live in Carmel, IN and have one adult son.
I was drawn to the way dentistry allows us to transform lives. This goes way beyond just patients’ smiles. We can care for their health too.
Being part of a diverse, talented team is so exciting. Everyone has something of value to contribute, and you can learn something from everyone around you. Plus, we all show real compassion to our patients as we treat them like family.
Outside of the office, I enjoy weightlifting and bicycling on the Monon Trail. I’ve been an amateur photographer for years and just started taking watercolor painting classes.
Front Desk Team
My husband, Joe, and I are blessed to have two sons, two daughters-in-law, and five grandchildren. They are the highlight of our lives! I’m so happy they all live within ten minutes of us.
I definitely believe dentistry chose me because of my detailed and organized nature. I am very much a problem solver and have worked in administration for years.
I started at Keystone DentistryLearn more about our on the hompeage when my friend, Dr. Kinney, spoke to me (on several occasions) about working at his office. He needed someone to help with insurance claims and the administrative side of the office – I seemed like a good fit. I have now been working at the office for more than 17 years!
I love working with our fantastic team and wonderful patients. It is the best part of my job.
Outside of the office, I enjoy watching HGTV and the Food Channel. I also love to shop and travel.
I am from Lafayette but now live in Fishers, IN. I am married to my husband, Matt and we have two kids, Tucker and Teagan. We also have a dog named Mackey.
Due to medical reasons, I was in and out of the dental office a lot when I was younger. The staff at the office always helped and encouraged me. I wanted to help others receive the exceptional care that this office gave to me.
I am determined to make unwanted dental visits (no one ever likes the dentist) an exceptional and comfortable experience. I do this by striving to make people feel comfortable, educated, and important!
Outside of the office, I am a HUGE Purdue fan! My family and I love going to sporting events, Reds baseball, Colts football, and Purdue everything!
I am married to Nate, and we have three kids, Jude, Ronin, and a new baby girl named Adeline Rae Salts, born on July 17th, 2019! I am known as an uber-nerd who is passionate about helping people.
Getting into dentistry was a happy accident. I was looking for a career, and a dental assistant friend suggested I enter the dental field. Once I started, I decided to stay because of the mix of needing good hand skills, intelligent thought processes, and helping people. I enjoy all of these and now get to call them part of my job.
I especially enjoy helping people who struggle with anxiety or fear of the dentist. I work very hard to help them understand they’re not alone, and it is normal to feel apprehensive. I partner with patients during the visit, so they’ll never feel overwhelmed or alone.
This approach has sprouted the nickname “Carebear.” I feel happiest when I’m assisting others and have a great ability to see what needs the most attention at any given time. I go where the need is the greatest.
Outside the office, I now spend all my free time with my husband and kids. We do homework, go for walks in Ritchey Woods, go to the museum or zoo, and just have fun together. Before kids, I spent most of my time on video games, computers, and reading (mostly fiction, but anything that was touted as a good read would do). Now, my life is focused on what I love most, my babies.
I grew up in Plainfield and am still currently living there with my partner, Conley, and our son, Carson. I went to Ball State, IUPUI, and graduated from the IU Dental Assisting Program.
I chose dentistry because I loved my hometown dentist and orthodontist growing up. I am a naturally clean and organized person who has a love of art and science, so dentistry was an ideal fit.
The best part of my job is when patients see the difference we make in their smile and health. Your happiness is the best reward and why we do what we do.
Outside of the office, I spend a lot of time with my family and friends. I enjoy attending concerts, being on the lake, and going to Colts games.
I grew up in Kokomo, IN. I graduated from both IU School of Dentistry and Tennessee State University. I have practiced dental hygiene for more than 20 years and I have worked at Keystone DentistryGet to know us better on the homepage for most of that time.
My family lives in Carmel, IN, and I have two children, Alese and Xavier.
I always loved going to the dentist as a child. My dental office was fun with a family atmosphere. I am a very talkative and outgoing person, so dental hygiene feels like a perfect fit for my personality.
I love interacting with my patients and being part of their lives. I look forward to caring for you and your family!
Outside the office, I love to travel, exercise, and find new places to shop.
I am originally from New Palestine, IN but now live in Greenfield, IN. I live close to my parents and in-laws, which is great because I love spending time with my family.
I am married, and I have a son called Jackson, a dog named Ollie, and a new baby girl named Irelynn Sienna Connelly, born on April 25th, 2019.
Growing up, I always had such a great experience at my dentist’s office. I have always remembered the things they did to make me feel special, which motivated me to take care of my teeth. In turn, I developed a desire to help others do the same!
At Keystone Dentistry, I like helping people with their overall health. It’s essential to educate patients on how to improve their oral health and, in turn, their overall health.
Outside of the office, I like movies and TV shows. I enjoy swimming, boating, going to the beach, lots of sunshine, and warm weather.
HR & Bookkeeper
I live in Noblesville, IN and have lived here for more than 30 years with my husband, Dr. Wayne Kinney. We have three adult children, Rachel, Mike, and John. We also have two daughters-in-law: Morgan and Liz, and two grandsons, Jack and Henry (plus a granddog, Riley).
I chose dentistry because I am married to it, well, to Dr. Kinney. I very much enjoy working with our team and helping patients is both fulfilling and rewarding.
Outside of the office, I enjoy reading, trying new restaurants, playing with my grandsons, and working around our house.
‘‘This is the best dental office ever! The whole staff is friendly, efficient, and provides a positive experience.’’
