Congratulations for a Job Well Done!
THANKS! Everyone……..words can NOT express my feelings of gratitude and excitement of having “real” teeth that don’t move around!
Thirty-nine years and seven months IS a l..o..n..g time to have the old type of gum-stifling, sometimes loose fitting, bone dissolving dentures; and the sixteen years before that my ugly, jagged, enamel less, sensitive, cavity-prone teeth were NOT the envy of anyone!
So, truly this IS the first time in my life that I have tight fitting, white, well-formed teeth like most everyone else – truly, a God send! . . .
. . . Wayne, words cannot express my appreciation of not only your professionalism, but also your kind, friendly, telling-it-like-it-is manner. Twenty-six years ago on 91st Street, I had a hunch that you were going to be a good dentist. When I would come over to your house to use your dad’s drill press for my airplane project, you would proudly show me some of your dental school projects like gold ring casting, etc. that you were working on in your basement.
Twenty some years later after discovering that you not only were a dentist, but also did implants I knew that you had to be the way to go (with one person responsible for both disciplines). And my judgment proved to be right on – as time after time your thinking (like a denture with clips over a bar would be the best solution) aligned with my gut feel – and confirmed my choice to change implant surgeons. Thank goodness; I cancelled my tentative order of permanent implanted teeth that were being recommended by my former dental team! Providential is the only descriptor that fits!
In addition you patiently worked with me, explaining each step along the way in more detail than most dentists would have with your workload. I realize that my curiosity was sometimes burdensome; but I really did want to understand something that was going to be a part of me for the duration!
THANKS, again to you and your associates! You all did a superb job.
